1.1. These terms apply to the sale of Delyo LLC’s products to its customers.
1.2. Delyo LLC will not sell its products on any other terms or conditions than those set out below.
- Price and Payment Terms
2.1. Prices are in US dollars.
2.2. We value your personal details and security. As such, all payments are made and processed via secure platform.
2.3. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. From time to time, we may offer sales and promotions.
2.4. In addition to the price, there will be a shipping fee for each order. The shipping  fees will be published on the website.
2.5. Promotional offers, including free shipping may be announced from time to time
- Ordering
3.1. You don’t need to register or login to place your order.
3.2. After you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. You can also track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.
3.3. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours, please refer to the Contact Centre section of our website, which sets out our contact details.
3.4. If you have placed an incorrect order, please refer to Contact Centre of our website, which sets out our contact details.
Liability
7.1. Delyo LLC will not be liable to the customer or any other person for any lability or claim of any kind whatsoever arising directly or indirectly (whether under statute, contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) in relation to any indirect consequential loss or any other remote abnormal or unforeseeable loss whether or not in the reasonable contemplation of the parties, in relation to providing the product. This includes, but is not limited to:
(a) any claims or liability which may arise because the customer has not complied with laws and regulations regarding the use of the products, and
(b) any claims or liability which may arise as a result of the Customer’s misuse of the products.
