Terms & Conditions
- General
1.1. These terms apply to the sale of Delyo LLC’s products to its customers.
1.2. Delyo LLC will not sell its products on any other terms or conditions than those set out below.
- Price and Payment Terms
2.1. Prices are in US dollars.
2.2. We value your personal details and security. As such, all payments are made and processed via secure platform.
2.3. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. From time to time, we may offer sales and promotions.
2.4. In addition to the price, there will be a shipping fee for each order. The shipping fees will be published on the website.
2.5. Promotional offers, including free shipping may be announced from time to time
- Ordering
3.1. You don’t need to register or login to place your order.
3.2. After you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. You can also track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.
3.3. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours, please refer to the Contact Centre section of our website, which sets out our contact details.
3.4. If you have placed an incorrect order, please refer to Contact Centre of our website, which sets out our contact details.
- Delivery
4.1. We will make sure to deliver your products as soon as possible.
4.2. Please note that delivery times are subject to US Post’s delivery schedule and your location. And for imported items delivery time might vary and might take longer than normal domestic shipping.
4.3. At this stage, we only ship throughout USA and limited countries in Africa. Full international shipping will be coming soon.
- Returns
5.1. Given the nature of our products, we do not accept return or exchanges of products if you change your mind.
5.2. Delyo LLC’s products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the USA Consumer Law.
5.3. In accordance with the USA Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
5.4. If you believe that a product you have purchased is faulty please refer to the contact details on the Contact Centre page of our website, which sets out our contact details.
5.5. Nothing in these terms and conditions are to be interpreted as excluding, restricting or modifying any State or Federal legislation applicable to the supply of goods and services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
- Privacy
6.1. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is kept secure and confidential.
6.2. We do not share, sell or swap your personal information or details with anyone.
6.3. Your personal information will be used to process your order only. If you have elected to receive promotional material and newsletters then we will use your email address to send you this material. However, you can elect to opt out of this feature at any time.
6.4. Payment details are processed via Shopify’s secure payment or Paypal, which means that we do not store your account details or credit card details on our site.
- Liability
7.1. Delyo LLC will not be liable to the customer or any other person for any lability or claim of any kind whatsoever arising directly or indirectly (whether under statute, contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) in relation to any indirect consequential loss or any other remote abnormal or unforeseeable loss whether or not in the reasonable contemplation of the parties, in relation to providing the product. This includes, but is not limited to:
(a) any claims or liability which may arise because the customer has not complied with laws and regulations regarding the use of the products, and
(b) any claims or liability which may arise as a result of the Customer’s misuse of the products.
